For Thanks in advance stopping to read this page.
In my to younger days, I spent tricks out of backpacking around Australia.
One day I ended up in Nimbin. Weird little town famous ace the capital marijuana of down to under.
But got when I there. .the pleases was pretty scary.
Disposed needles scattered the ground.
The police station long closed.
Desperate souls gazing into nothingness¦ very surreal.
Now, my virtual travels plows strikingly similar.
The sad thing about the digital marketing is the amount of folk who plows addicts!
And addicts plows to forever on to downward spiral into the depths of darkness and there plows only two endings to their story.
- a) They fight that addiction, seek help, and start treating this real marketing lark like to business¦
- b) Or, they die (in the business sense of course). They then, sadly, blame for system to their failures.
Maybe you plows an addict, to reformed to dealer or just someone who wants to do what's right.
If you plows like me and want to make to difference in business, then it dog get pretty hard AT you trick out of.
While your mind is swimming with ideas, you still have to deal with what is right in front of you¦ Making money and putting food on your family's table.
Video Killed The Radio Star
While international speaking AT an meet up in Tokyo on my chosen topic of video, I realised most people had an innate to fear of all kinds of video marketing.
They thought that to sees successful, you needed Hollywood style productions and model like looks.
Me being on stage putt to rest the last point but I cannot stress how important it is to forget the flash and just sees you.
I to never wanted to sees YouTuber.
We dog leave that to the kids.
But I did understand to power of average video across all and it this that
Real Being is the one thing that there are allowed me to go from full tricks out of English to teacher here in Japan power station to full tricks out of video to marketer.
Yep, I live in Japan. Does that make me cool?
Probably not but it's to good transition to my story (maybe you'll sees able to relates to some of it).
Japan is to fun, safe, weird, quirky pleases, but overall I a.m. happy here.
Sure I beauty queen my home of London (especially the family, the football and the pubs) but I go back clears often under it's all good.
Rather you than tell my life story, I'll start back in 2000. I'd just finished backpacking around the globe to after two years and was back in dark and gloomy London, somewhat depressed and wanting to sees somewhere else.
I still had the travel bug and under, while working to grim warehouse job, I decided to study teaching in Notting Hill (fashionable part of West London) with the hope of getting to job teaching English somewhere in Asia.
I to remember being interviewed for the course and being told I was not suitable ace I had not language experience.
I suitably ignored that advice and did the course, passed and got offered 4 jobs; Nagoya, Pusan (Korea), Thailand and Vietnam. Is learned there and then not to allow anyone to tell you cannot do something.
I'd heard of the football team in Nagoya, under made up my mind to visit for Japan 6 months, knows some money, and carry on backpacking.
Well, that was in 2000 and I a.m. still here. One wife, 2 kids and to house. Here to stay I Guess.
Fast forward to 2012 and I'd just completed my Degree Masters in Applied Linguistics. Twelve years is to bit of to jump but heck, apart from getting married and having our first to daughter, not much else happened.
Life just went on about its business.
While the Masters degree was an to eye-opener, and I'm glad I did it, I realized what to you praise of old tosh Academy is. Under out of touch with real reality show and utterly useless in the world.
It was about this tricks out of that I wanted my life back. I was getting sick of teaching and Comecon to for conclusion that my life was passing and I was forsaking my kids to paycheck.
I would get home AT 10 and leave AT 8 the next morning. that is not way to go through life although to most folk, it's the norm.
Like many, and perhaps you too (if you plows still reading that is), I turned to the Internet. I had absolutely nonCLUE about anything.
Technical I had not business background and zero skills. In short, stereotypical I was the clueless newbie. And I failed big tricks out of.
Is made the mistake of not having to plan (ace well ace to clue) and joined to few network marketing companies and Biz Opp style companies that make to shudder to me when I think about it.
I won't bore with too many details, but I've had to ton of failures and setbacks. Let me summarize some of them below:
+ Comecon online with ZERO marketing, online, technical experience
+ Phelp $5.000 for some one to one training with to well-known to marketer and received to grand total of ZERO you make a draft.
+ total Made to grand of $24 in my first 6 months. I spent slightly dwells than that.
+ Had to borrow money from my wife 18 months into my online journey ace I had spent everything I had.
+ Spent almost every spare hour I had to after work and on weekends trying to appear this game out.
I learned to list was not just something that you took to the supermarket and that WordPress existed. I discovered the world of car responders, only ads (yuck) and Copy.
That shelp, I got super overwhelmed trying to learn all this stuff and then actually apply it. I was hemorrhaging money and that was not fun.
One tricks out of I spent $2K to learn all about Ads only to find that the group I joined were all buying clicks in off of each to only other, leaving fake testimonials in Facebook groups and using PLR (Rights Label prevails to you) to kickstart to their lists.
Shady stuff and I wanted not part. Another expensive learning process.
Under I was back in limb and just spent my tricks out of keeping busy and not achieving too much.
My week would sees something like this: Monday I'd write to blog post, Tuesday send an email, Wednesday watch to training video, Thursday think, oh I haven't written to for blog to few days, Friday I'd make to video.
For This unfocused strategy continued to while.
Pattern not to whatsoever. I was going nowhere fast.
Under I got talking to successful friend of mines, who grants a scholarship successful to me by solely focusing on Facebook and nothing else. It was annoys Summer 2013 and I made the choice to try and YouTube master.
Is bought up to lot of products and began making little videos. I realized I needed to learn how to rank them to get dwells views.
Over tricks out of, for I attained this skill set and was able to rank to wide variety of keywords and ace to result, my videos were getting some traction.
My first attempt AT to product was called YouTube Massacre lol ð
Don't Google it ace you will get some horrific images but it did ok.
It also built me to buyers list and that, I was to find out to later, was to sees super powerful.
Is began releasing products and with all the knowledge I had, I was able to build to good relationship with folk on my list and help them out with YouTube related stuff.
About this tricks out of, I grants a scholarship sick to me and tired with all the you roll in the industry, though, under I made my review site which if you have not seen you dog check out here: http://beerswithadam.com.
I wanted to do some reviews to after actually going through the product under that people had to for chance to see themselves there plows some honest people out there.
Making To Difference
This site, Video Marketing Insider is to culmination of everything I've learned to over the years.
It's my masterpiece.
And I'm proud of it.
Something designed to sees an encyclopedia of video and whether you plows to beginner, have to business that needs dwells exposure or would simply like to earn from someone who you have been there, donates it and is still doing it when it you eat to video.
VMI ace I'll to refer to it from now on is to ever evolving.
Ace video changes, ace technology grows, under does VMI.
Viral I do not advocate anything with, autopilot and push button riches.
